Sales Manager

Eden Villages is currently recruiting a Sales Manager to develop its activity.


Established in 2011, Eden Villages is a growing group that currently owns 7 four-star campsites, all of them by the sea.
Eden Villages makes customer satisfaction its priority.

Missions :

Your key responsibilities will be:

Commercial development of French and international customers

  • Prospecting new clients
  • Setting up the rates and pricing policy (yield management)
  • Preparing the business plan off the communication plan
  • Ensuring the venues maximize sales, conversion rates and achieving company’s KPIs.
  • Managing the partners’ business agreements
  • Increasing customer loyalty

Configuration and optimisation of the booking software: Resalys

  • Setting the yearly campaigns (rates, type of accommodation, etc.)
  • Recording and monitoring the contracts of the trading partners (tour operators, linear, allotments)
  • Setting up promotional offers
  • Training the campsites’ receptionists

Monitoring the commercial activity:

  • Revenue reporting to the management of Eden Villages and to the campsites Directors
  • Inventory tracking

Taking full responsibility of managing the Booking Center Team (staff recruitment, hiring entertainment, training, work schedule ...)

Supporting the Booking Center when necessary, in addition to the team

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in tourism industry, with a focus on the camping sector
  • A good command of IT software
  • Have strong customer service experience
  • Be dynamic, enthusiastic and pragmatic

Based in: Laval (53) MAYENNE - FRANCE

Type of contract: CDI (permanent contract)
